Very Good
Good location, great, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you'd expect from this kind of hotel, but nothing more.

Well rounded hotel that makes the stay very close to the price. Wich is a good thing.
The overall stay was pleasant. nice polite and helpfull staff. Clean and rather silentproof rooms, aircon made some noice but worked very good good food, decent freakefast. Close to the bar and restaurant areas, walking distance to the beach (not apt for swimming)
Small details to get higer rates, Small things like mark the elevatorbutton 1 green(very common to accentuate the loby) Clearer,bigger red/blue marks for hot/cold water. doors to changing room-sauna add a mark(perhaps a logo emblem) to the side that opends, Breakefast left a little to be wanted. had most, but really dull bread when there is sutch a variety of lovley good bread in the country. like dobladitas or haullulla´s

Good quality and service but avoid the new year eve night!
Good quality and service. Terrible space organization and availability.
I booked for 1 night on new year eve and was surprised that my room was right above the hotel restaurant with a party with high volume music until 4am! Additionally a room nearby had a pair of dogs locked inside and barking loud around 1am - a staff member was already aware and trying to reach the owners.

Perfect stay for Christmas
Very comfortable stay, the staff were very helpful and the pool area was a nice escape from the busy streets. The location was excellent too
